I appreciate this service however, the last time I took my "Dolly Maybe" I spent TWENTY SIX DOLLARS. Either the (low time) alarm did not sound or it did not sound loud enough for me to hear while plow drying my girl. So... I had to re-start the machine by depositing TEN DOLLARS there by finishing up with her grooming and wasting about 4 minutes paid time with no other option. Well none that would be of any benefit to us anyway. Oh I suppose I should have done the gracious thing and tidied up the place some but frankly, I felt snookered into dropping that second 10. It just wasn't necessary and frankly rude. What a shame. I have always spoke loudly of this shop with favor. Not so...

Place was a little chilly, but the wash water was warm. However the "blow dryer" never got warm and since it was a cold day my dog was shivering from cold by the end.
There are signs asking you to spray down the dog wash when you are done, but they dont provide water to do so... did they expect me to put more quarters in to clean their equipment? That doesnt seem right, but this is my first self service dog wash so i dont know.
If I return and they have fixed those things, I'll bump this review to 5 stars as this was otherwise...
   Read moreOverall my pup had a great experience here. The big tub was great. She was comfortable and the space was big enough for me to really spray her down and wash her. The water took a while to get warm and the blow dryer never got warm. So after a bath and being wet she was quite cold with the cold air blowing on her. There were towels but as requested from the signs only use of one towel per dog. The brushes available were covered with fur and not clean. I did like the treat dispenser though and my pup enjoyed a special treat...
