Bond Chapel, a beautiful small space that feels huge inside! Architects of this church, Coolidge and Hodgdon, designed the structure in 1925 as English Gothic architecture. For a period when Rockfeller Chapel was undergoing some renovation, I enjoyed many wonderful "Tea and Pipes" organ concerts here. The stained glass windows are fantastic. They bring so much color into this chapel. Windows were created by Charles J. Connick of Boston. The interior details are really worth seeing! "The Reneker organ was built by Canadian master organ builder Karl Wilhelm in 1983 for Graham Taylor Hall at the Chicago Theological Seminary, which is now Saieh Hall. It was dedicated there in 1984 in honor of the late Robert W. Reneker and Betty C. Reneker, and was moved to Bond Chapel in the autumn of 2012." (from the University of Chicago). Another Chicago gem church!
