Spice Beauty Bar hair and barber salon — Attraction in Hyde Park Township

I love the whole vibe in the shop they treat you like family in there and that's something people really likes. But when it comes to the only one barber in the shop you can call that man the "PUSH BACK KING". You can not see his mirror because it so much stuff on top on his counter and he do not give you a mirror after you are done. My lining is so far back from where my previous barber cut it. I will have to wait maybe up to two months to let my hair grown back for I can get my hair cut again by a different barber and hopefully my lining grown back fully. I do visit different businesses in Chicago and the surrounding areas to tell the truth about the business and the employees interaction with customers. I FOUND MY HAIR HOME!!!! First time in a salon in years and I was nervous but I’m so glad to came. The atmosphere feels very family oriented. Everyone inside were so respectful, comforting, and funny. The salon is clean and well kept and the wait wasn’t bad at all. I must say it was a vibe. Angela did my side part sew in and killed it. My experience was horrible if I had to give 0 stars I would Angela is unprofessional as ever I came in to shop to get my 2 year old son hair braided she had me wait two hours !! REALLY? For a 2 year old it only take 30 minutes to an hour to braid him up. You taking care of all these adults . Mind you my son getting restless it’s going on 6:00pm Avoid this shop by any cost .please they over charge anyway !!!!!!! I don’t like the vibe ghetto Period...
