Rockside Corners Shopping Center — Attraction in Independence

Took my daughter to Chipotle our first time there ............ Was very disappointed by the servers staff service and atmosphere the music or whatever the sound was made it extremely difficult to hear the first server that ultimately decides what u get if ur not very familiar with the establishment or how u should specificly ask to prepare ur food and if a burrito bowl is that why wouldn't have a burrito at the bottom b4 u build the bowl very very pour customer service can't hear they cannot hear either so the whole operation is a mess but the cashier was nice and very informative on how the servers want it to run lol i will never be returning if i could give Chipotle 0 stars that would be way to much i can cook better than this Chipotle my daughter was hungry it was late so i was like ok baby let me treat u lol. U kno what my daughter told me mommy i really just should've waited to go home and eat u cook better than all them in Chipotle how did they all get a job there lol nuff said...

This Chipotle is garbage. Everytime I order online they get my order wrong. Then when I call them to explain what's wrong they make you come back up here and stand in the back of the line to reorder your food. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 5 to 7 days. I was hungry So I waited and reordered but got frustrated again when I got home and realized the rest of my order was wrong so I had to returned there after calling again and waiting on hold for 7 mins before being told to come back up and stand in line again and reorder. It was a hot mess and I can understand maybe the workers are tired 😫 but twice in the same day, wasting gas, time and energy...smh I talked to corporate and they made it right but I'm going to have to leave this location alone until they fix management and crew issues with following...

This used to be a great local outdoor shopping area but Walmart moved in 10-12 years ago and everything moved out & now the Walmart closed 5 years ago due to poor management. The manager was only seen during the last year by the public so it was left to be ran by a bunch of assistant managers & supervisors. This store caused the collapse of a community shopping center. First Tops grocery store left within 1 week of their opening then Target left after 1 year and then all the smaller shops slowly vanished and now there's a couple of small strips closer to the street that have a few shops that are limited in size and unless they are in high demand...
