We got there Wednesday around 8:15. The 6 to 8 time was sold out. It is VERY difficult to be able to tell how long the line is. They could have a sign, wait time from this point in 1 or more hours, etc. They have this type of sign at Disney or even Six Flags?? We would have turned around and just skipped it and wasted the money if we had known how long the line was. If you turn on to 42nd street and see cars already waiting, I can tell you the wait will be probably an hour. They have the 12 days of Christmas sign. You will not be anywhere near the entrance until you have passed all the days. They really should sell tickets with a more exact time, THEN JUST stop selling tickets. Waiting in line on a weekday for an hour with exhausted kids is NOT fun. Probably 90% of the people with 8 to 10 tickets come before 8:30! If they weren't so focused on just making money, they would have an 8 to 8:30 ticket, then 8:30 to 9, etc. This would spread out the lines much better. By the time we were able to see the actual show it was about 9:10. Everyone was tired and cranky. The kids fell asleep half way through the ride anyway. The lights are ok. They would be fine if the lines weren't;t so long, but nothing special. I don't know what we would have done if someone had needed to go to the bathroom! NEVER would I do this again. DO...

We come to the Christmas Nights of Lights every year. I believe it’s a great value, my kids adore being able to bring treats and sit in the back of the SUV watching with wide eyes, and I love the changes each year that make it fresh and fun. The field of upside down buckets is my partner’s favorite for 2024, and I always enjoy the drive through tunnels. The music is varied and festive. (I’m grateful they didn’t have the patriotic music playing in the loop this year, altho that could have just been good timing on our part.) We haven’t used them but I think it’s smart that they have bathrooms at the front and end, as well as a parking lot on both sides to rearrange kids, blankets and seats before driving on the road. The wait is never very long, and for the most part other visitors are well behaved. Biggest issue is if they’ve left their headlights on, but letting an attendant know...

I would never recommend this site to anyone only because I live out of town and was not able to attend my vacation out of town to see the lights due to a family matter. Yes, I called after the date but that was due to me being busy/overwhlemed with my family issues. They made me go through this long process for a refund to only have someone call me back to inform me that my request has been canceled because it was a sold out show and could have made money with someone else. I would completely understand a decline if I lived in the area but I live out of state and it was out of my control. I have never been to this light show but will never make the efforts into traveling to see them due to this matter. To me it sounds like they are just money hungry and not family oriented what so ever, especially during...

This place was wonderful! Definitely the best drive-thru lights display out of the many I have been to over the years. Included some unique features and displays that I hadn't seen before and still haven't seen anywhere else. Time spent in the fairgrounds made it feel worth the money, especially when split between the entire car. I'll be back next year!

Not sure buying tickets in advance helped, but it was still a very enjoyable experience. There was a long line, but there were things to see while we waited so it made it fun. It was foggy the night we went, but it was still very beautiful.

A nice 30 minute drive through the light show which is synced with music on FM. A good way to spend a cold evening without stepping out in the cold☺️ kids loved it.
