Jess has done all of my piercings since I was in college, I've always and will always support them! Jess has walked me through all my piercings, reminds me to take deep breaths, when I told them I didn't want a count down and to just push the needle through, they did not even question it, they just pierced it and every piercing Jess has done for me, has been painless and have all healed beautifully because Jess explains after case, shows me the best after care supplies and has even sent me home with home samples before! Jess has also offered to order jewelry I like to keep in stock and for me to come pick up/they would change the jewelry out for me in my piercing. They are so knowledgeable, kind, experienced and easy to chat with.

As far as tattoos, I've had all my bigger pieces done by Spencer & Cody. They are both extremely nice, talented and will talk you through the process. I was able to take breaks when needed without being judged, able to make tweaks without annoyance, and able to comfortably get tatted! Everything was extremely clean, sterilized, neat and organized. I believe I was also offered free touch ups for my tattoos which is so nice for when ink fades throughout the years and nice knowing that I'll be able to see everyone who works here again without the commitment of a another tattoo or piercing (even though Jess could pursue me to get literally anything pierced)

The rudest people I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with. One of their artists put out a job opening on instagram and all it said was “opening available” no specifics no nothing. I told a friend of mine to go and apply for it, she would be an apprentice and her talent for art is AMAZING. She texts me later and tells me that they were extremly rude to her. They said “this is not an apprenticeship” and when she didn’t respond with rudeness right back and instead she asked for some advice so she can get into the industry and asked if they would be willing to hire an apprentice later. They didn’t respond, probably didn’t even read it just said “we aren’t looking for an apprentice” way to be rude to someone who is trying their best to get into the tattooing industry. I’ve also been to this place in the past for a piercing and some of the workers make me VERY uncomfortable. Would never go back even if...

I’ve gone to Jess for all three (and counting) cartilage piercings. They explained very throughly what I should expect with healing, downsize dates, and told me if I have any further questions after I leave the shop that I could message them. The shop was very clean and seemingly well managed. Jess is aware of my lack of sensitivities but they will still double check and explain the steps of the process. My first time seeing them I explained that I was nervous because I had never had my ear cartilage pierced and they made sure I was comfortable. My jewelry has never fallen out or given me any issue due to the high quality. Following their instructions for aftercare, my piercings are doing fantastic and I’m excited to heal fully to receive more from them.
