Our family had a fantastic time observing the 4/8 total eclipse ! The sun and the moon played their parts flawlessly but the experience was so enjoyable because of the Holcomb Observatory staff.
Beautiful grounds kept clean and orderly throughout our visit. The activity tables, the Observatory, and the solar telescopes had friendly and informative volunteers.The master of ceremonies provided timely brief description and explanations in advance and even during the eclipse.

The planetarium show is very informative and helps you realize just how special the total eclipse really is. We got to see three different views through the telescope.
