Municipal Gardens Family Center — Attraction in Indianapolis

Basketball league isn't very organized. They have a set of rules to make playing fair for all kids, but they aren't used. You are required to pay to play. Then you must also pay admittance to each game. Games never start on time. Also, someone took a picture of my license plate after a game, accusing us of "disrespecting" a child and mystery woman because we told the referee's a particular child needed to come out of the game (he was running kids over and hadn't sat an entire quarter per the league rules).
