Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Indianapolis

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. I made two separate orders. The first one I order a 3 chicken wing dinner and the second one I order shrimp/ 2 tender dinner. I asked for both orders to be made fresh. The cashier Terry asked us what condiments we wanted we told him honey and bbq sauce. He told us they did not have neither one and the manager told us that they had strawberry jelly that we can use. They gave me the first order that was suppose to be the 3 wing dinner. I opened the box there was only 1 wing in the box and the other piece of chick was the biggest piece of chicken I have ever seen in my life. I took it back to the counter and told them that they gave me the wrong order. The manager on duty was not friendly. She tossed two of the most tiniest pieces chicken wings I have every seen in the box and threw it on the counter. My second order was brought out to me by the cashier who took my orders. I tried some on the food from this order the food was ice cold. I took it back to the counter and told them that this order was cold . I got some of the nastiest looks from the employees and customers of this establishment. While I was waiting I noticed that every customer that was coming in where not customers at all. They were friends of the employees that where working there and they were giving them free food. Is this the reason why they were out of everything we was asking for because they was giving it all away for free? The drink machine was not stocked. The only drink that was available was sweet tea. When I asked about it they just ignored me. I will not be back to the restaurant and will not recommend anyone to go here. This restaurant does not deserve any stars. The only reason I had to give it 1 star because I could not post this review with rating...

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had at any restaraunt. I was cursed out by the manager, for asking for hot chicken. When i said excuse me she flat out said that she dared me to tell anyone and they wont do a thing to her. (This is a manager saying this she made sure to spell out her name T A R A, and called me boo boo) To make things even worse after attempting to contact the district manager. I didnt get so much as an apolgy. Every attempted call to the district manager was met with i am busy, i am busy. Calling the 1 800 number did even less, after over 2 months of trying to even contact someone about the incident. Popeyes has not even gave me so much as an apology! This location use to be my favorite, but I will be sure to not recomment this place to anyone and everyone i talk to! Avoid at all cost!!! I just wanted to add this to those saying it is because you are white. I am black and i got probably worst service then you did. It starts with the management at this location. And it just gets worse as it climbs up the ladder. If you people do not like your jobs quit, and let someone that actually wants to work take your places!!!! You give black hard working people...

Went by about 2pm wanting to try the new chix sandwich. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and hanging out into the street so I thought I'd go in... Well the doors were locked because they were under staffed. It took an hour to get thru that line. I ordered at the station where you're supposed to order then had to order again when I got to the window where you pay. I did notice that I wasn't given a total at the monitor, but she told me to pull up to the window as if I could move my car... I had no idea that meant she hadn't rung my order up. The guy at the window was just as lost when I got there. Luckily he checked to find out he was trying to sell me the wrong order. The sandwich started off disappointing but it did get better. The first few bites were nothing but breading when I was looking for the chicken that they had to be in there chasing and hand plucking! 😂 Ohhhhhh and I also have to mention that a female worker was talking to someone in the lobby that was getting food (had to be someone else that worked there because the doors were locked) saying that she wasn't concerned about all the ppl in the drive thru line...
