Gateway Motel — Hotel in Indianapolis

The owner was very rude and tried to walk in my room while me and my child were in there he claimed i had to many people in and out of the room but there was no one in there staff is pretty rude to guests and they don't speak any English so you're basically getting whatever they give you I told the lady and non smoking room like 4 times and she still didn't understand me I can't work with people who don't at least try to communicate with their guests I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND rooms stink and the fridge is never working it's just absolutely...

This place is the very definition of the roach motel! Its horrible and yet they keep making money! I dont know how health department hasnt shut'em down there are stains and hair on the towels and holes un every wall, no door for the bathroom the little cabinet for your clothes wont open no handle and Im terrified to lay on the bed, sleeping n a chair cause the people out side are sketchy AF so Im not sleeping in my car for fear of rap, robbery, or both! I just wanna feel safe and secure when I pay my hard earned money for a place to...

This place is scary. The tub looked like it had never been cleaned since it was installed. The walls have patch marks all over them. I had homeless people knocking at my door late at night begging for money, food, and cigarettes and when I shut and locked the door they continued to knock. The carpet was so stained was afraid to walk on it without shoes. This is by far the nastiest and worst hotel I have ever been to. If they would have been willing to refund my money I would never have stayed even one night....
