What impressed me even more is that he offers warranties on his work, showing his commitment to customer satisfaction.

Once I made my decision on the screen and warranties, he wasted no time in starting the repair. To my surprise, he completed the entire process in just 45 minutes, demonstrating his efficiency and expertise. But it didn't end there. When I encountered an issue with the repair later on, he went above and beyond to resolve it promptly. I was even able to return to the shop at 11 PM, and he fixed the problem within minutes. I was genuinely impressed by his dedication to ensuring a positive experience for his customers.

Furthermore, I must mention the owner's generosity. Despite running out of refurbished screens, he went the extra mile and replaced mine with an OEM screen at no additional cost. Took a nap, only to wake up at none other than at the stroke of midnight to a terminally malfunctioning iPhone. Frantic, I dashed out of the house to see if I could possibly find a Target store not yet closed, if but only to just buy a temporary phone. But then, I remembered seeing a 24 hour cellphone repair shop, not even a block away from my home. I stopped there, rang the doorbell, and to my surprise, the door was answered by a very studious young man. Within minutes of me handing over my broken iPhone to him, he had already diagnosed, and proceeded to fix the problem. At that time of the night, who'll be open? Not to mention, charge me a late night emergency extortion rate. LOL! For which I'd have gladly paid, but remarkably he didn't even charge me a fraction of what I would've expected. $35.00 to replace a dangerously expanded battery, and replaced a rather small, but significant screw that the shop next door failed to put back, from a previous visit, free of charge. The owner of CPRC then emerged from the back, from working on a different device, (AT MIDNIGHT), Impressive!

Both the owner Frazier and the technician Andreas were a delight to meet, and I have absolutely no qualms whatsoever about making this cellphone repair shop my go-to place for all future cellphone needs. Plus they sell the top rated Anker products. That alone is a sure sign of competence of knowledge in product quality and...

My phone was cracked and I was afraid the the labor was going to be separate from the screen purchase. But it wasn't!! Everyone else I've spoken to said $70 just for the labor. I had to find the screen on my own. That would have cost more! But this store said $45 for the screen AND the labor plus FREE PHONE CASE and TEMPERED GLASS. The one I bought for my phone wasn't needed. They offered me a better free phone case which cost $10 but I refused. I felt guilty because of how well I was pampered. You get a whole lot for so little. I'll definitely be coming more often. There are some REALLY TALENTED PEOPLE THERE. They made me feel at home. :))) Definitely going back...
