I love storm burger, but like typical businesses they start messing with the formula and making changes that messed it up. I’m still gonna give it a good review. But they started changing the menu already. Of course it’s also that they can up the pricing of certain things. I came today and ordered the same thing. I always order. I’m in love with my order. I leave and drive away and get a couple miles away and open my sandwich to find that it’s no longer the same sandwich. Apparently they feel it’s good business to remove coleslaw from a chicken sandwich that has always had coleslaw and that has a photograph of it plastered all over the side of the building, but no longer exists. Instead if you want anything close to that sandwich, you gotta buy something more expensive and then take the extra things off of it that they put on it to justify the price increase. Why won’t you just continue selling the same sandwich that I always eat and who’s image is 10 feet tall on the front of the building? Then when you order your same thing and then it’s not the same when you go back then they have an attitude and argue that you’re wrong the spicy chicken sandwich doesn’t have Cole slaw on it and it’s on the menu “if I look at the menu.” The whole time never saying “we changed it!” Instead, Just argue that you’re wrong that’s not how the chicken sandwich is. But that’s how it is right here all over the front of the building and that’s how it’s always been. Why would I look at the menu when I order the same thing every time? And furthermore and much bigger fashion than the small writing on the menu there’s a gigantic chicken sandwich with coleslaw on it right in front of my face just like always. So if you wanna argue and get technical, you didn’t change the images!!!. Being passive aggressive. Then I said, did you change the menu? Yes we did. Well you know you changed the menu why are you playing these games? As you do this with me, you’re actually standing in the way of giving the customers what they come for.So instead of just coming with the coleslaw always came with They took it off and if you want it now, you have to buy something that’s two dollars more that actually has way more other stuff that you don’t want and then pay that extra money and take off all the stuff you don’t want so in a sense you’re paying more for something and then reducing items off of the sandwich that they use to beef up the price. So in other words two dollars extra for coleslaw! It was included before. That’s how they sold it and you tried it and fell in love. Now in order to raise the cost of that sandwich 35% they get crafty and argumentative. why do companies always have to work so hard to come up with little clever schemes to get more money? It really is upsetting that When people create a good thing and you fall in love with it they have to start messing around in tricky ways. What happened to being thoughtful of your customers? Or just running a good business that’s up front and customer centered? I love this place but I tend to get a bad taste in my mouth when they start trying practices like this. And if it works, they’ll start doing it more. I hope they stop changing everything and keep it the way it was when we fell in love and started coming five days a week. I’ll be coming once a month going forward. And remove the old chicken sandwich from the front of the building, cause it’s false advertising since it no longer exist in that form and y’all want to play games about it instead of right away informing Customers the menu recently changed. And furthermore, instead of making them pay two dollars for this other sandwich with all these other things and tomatoes and this and that and everything else just charge them $.50 for the coleslaw and then consider that sandwich The same sandwich but at Only a 50 Cent increase instead of two dollars. Besides all that, I’ve always loved the food and it just drives me crazy when I love something and they start messing with it. Can’t keep a great thing great without getting...
Read moreI’ve been at this burger place before and it’s been descent.
However, tonight I was picking up an Uber eats order. I was informed by the worker that the order was ready but couldn’t be handed over at the window and would have to be picked up at the pick up window although it was ready.
I told the worker that the delivery would be easier to hand over since it was ready. I further told the manager that it would be easier to hand me the order since it was already finished.
The other workers soon came and accused me of being hard to deal with, and supported by the manager.
I understood that the order was ready and although the order “ had to be picked up at the window”, I informed the workers it would be easier to hand me the order that was ready at the window.
The workers told me that the order would have to be picked up at the window , although it was ready to be given to me at the window.
The manger and worker soon attacked me.
Soon the whole crew started to come against me and recorded me although the order was ready. The workers suggested I was not in my five senses and told me to proceed with my night , since according to them the order was already “cancelled “.
I was appalled.
The order was not canceled. The workers blatantly lied. I just wanted to pick up the Order that was ready.
The only reasonable voice to assist was Francis, who told me to park on the side and that the order was going to be brought to me in a a timely manner.
The other manager was quick to attack me and attempt to kick me out of the establishment.
Francis was very reasonable and I understood his approach.
I’ve been to this establishment before and the food is good and the service Tonight was not good.
I will be coming back to rate the quality of service, because the service tonight on 09/24/25 was horrid, especially from the window workers and manager.
Very disappointing since the Crenshaw storm burger usually has a...
Read moreSo we are a family of four. With a three year old and a 6month old we are very busy all the time. When we get a moment to get food it’s like hardly ever. I was the idiot who was craving Storm Burger but what a mistake I will NEVER go back. We finally got home with our food from being out with our kids and my husband agreed that we could stop at storm burger if we just get burgers. If you have kids you know exhausted you are once you get the kids out the car and get the car unloaded and finally settle the kids and then you finally get to eat. My husband was so hungry it wasn’t till he was done with the burger and I just started to take my first bite and he asked me if I had bacon on my burger because we both got the lightning burger with bacon when I looked I had no bacon. I told my husband I had no bacon we said yeah I just realized I had no bacon on mine either but he was so hungry he just ate and didn’t think about it till he was done. Needless to say he still went back up there and took my burger I had only taken a bite of along with the two sauces we got a ranch and a storm sauce. When he came back he said they refused to remake his burger because he ate pretty much all the burger and the gave him fries instead and we honestly don’t like the fries, way to greasy so that was not ok would have been better if they at least gave him a bacon cheeseburger or even onion rings and they remade mine with the bacon but took my sauce out the bag that I had already paid for. So when he came back home there was just these greasy fires I did not want a bacon burger for me not for me and him and no sauce that I had already paid for because they stole it back. Wow what a terrible experience…… Never again. You made the mistake you should have no problem taking the blame and remaking the burger for him and me and keeping your fries and why did you take my sauce out I can pay you for sauce and not get it as...
