Jet Inn - Windsor Hills — Hotel in Inglewood

Yesterday my brother tried to get me and my wife a room at this establishment. When my wife and I got there we explained to the guy we were waiting on our brother to pay for the room and we needed some electricity to charge the phone up to contract our brother who was paying for the room. He refused so my wife left to go find electricity. My brother pulls up and the guy who works there comes out and tells me I have to move. I couldn't stand there and I have been standing there for 30 mins. While he was insisting I was explaining to him that our brother was sitting in the car and I wasn't standing there for 30 mins. Finally my brother gets out of the car he walks up and the guy who works there knows who he is. My brother states that he is getting a room for us. The guy asked if he knew us he told him he did. Then he says I won't rent to them because I don't know them but I know you. Then he asked if we had id i explained I have a copy of my id but my wife has an id. Keep in mind we are a lesbian couple. He then says no I'm not gonna rent to them because they don't have an id in which my wife had one. My wife walks up and goes inside to get the room now the guy is saying he would rent to my brother and my wife but not my wife and I. He insisted that he would rent the room to my brother and wife and if I was to stay she would have to leave. My brother has been using this company since the 80s to help individuals who are in need. This is how they treat they long time customers just because he was against lesbian couples he wouldn't...

I think my title explains it all however:||Checking in|I checked in late around 11:30pm, was greeted by an elderly chinese gentleman he struggled to understand some of my questions but he was pleasant and we got there in the end.||Parking|best part parking was free here and good size spaces too.||Elevator|Yes there was a working elevator||Room:|very basic, paper thin walls. I was on the 3rd floor but could not get any wifi signal and the TV didn't work. the shower was the best part of the room, lots of pressure and always warm water. There is no safe facilities here so take your belongings with you. The entire hotel smelt of weed which i guess now its legal is ok.||I stayed here because It was cheap and I planned on being at Disney for the 2 days i was there, im glad I only needed to sleep here and not spend any kind of time here. Terrible. Sign outside says free internet (you need password and they do not give you it). Got to my floor and it smelled horrible like old cigarettes. Opened the door there was a sink and no soaps available. The room and everything in it was very old and the mattress and blankets had holes... They put two thin pillows on the bed... There is no remote for the tv you have to stand and keep flipping through the channels (and most of them are Vietnamese and Korean channels or selling something).
