For a small town museum, this 1 is packed with stories! You can walk through and see old and cool stuff, or you can walk through and ask the staff questions. It turns your whole time there into an experience! Once you get started, it's hard to leave because there's so many rich stories about life in the northland. From bootleggers running whiskey into Canada and to the Brothel Hotel at Kettle Falls. The small county/football player museum is either understaffed or just badly managed. We tried twice to visit but they closed for several days for a conference. Then the first day after the conference they were supposed to be open, they closed at 1 for yet another meeting. Little notice (post it!), rude staff (maybe a “sorry for the inconvenience “ & a smile instead of treating us like an annoyance) would have been nice. And she was fine charging us full price even though they were going to close in an hour. Don’t bother with this unless you want...

The Bronko Nagurski Museum in International Falls, MN was awesome! I loved all the history! I'm a HUGE football fan and have heard a little bit about this museum and wanted to see it in person. Wow.
