In August 2025, we visited the Fireside Winery at the Amana Colonies in Amana, Iowa. The Fireside Winery has colorful outdoor glass bottle sculptures on display. The Amana Colonies are a collection of 7 Colonies of German Heritage in Central Iowa, and they are not Amish. The Fireside Winery was fun to visit and see the outdoor decorations. Besides the Fireside Winery store, there are also many quaint shops and buildings, and they are all clean and well-maintained.
