We stopped here for ice cream and frankly I was very disappointed. The customer service was just nonexistent. We walked in and and the three employees behind the counter completely ignored us and kept doing what they were doing. After about 5 minutes one of the ladies looked our way and said "yeah?" Unbelievable. I had planned to buy ice cream for the whole family as well as some fudge. I went ahead and ordered a small ice cream for my daughter, but nothing else. We sat then sat outside as my daughter ate and heard several other customers complaining about the service as they were leaving. So basically the business took in $3 instead of the over $20 they probably would have made on this transaction had they just practice some basic courtesy and customer service. Bottom line is the owner of this business is undoubtedly losing money because his employees either don't care or are not trained in customer service. The ice cream was heavenly 🥰😍 and I watched the girls making chocolates and I love dark chocolate! I got an assortment of dark chocolates including what was supposed to be a dark chocolate peanut butter but it was maple instead! I was disappointed by that. The people were friendly, telling us which were the most popular and packing the chocolates so they weren't crowded. Also packing the sugar free chocolates separately.
