I haven't been to the Google Office yet, but I have been using their products like Gmail, YouTube ECT, and someone has been hacking accounts for years and every account connected to those they hacked , what I dislike I tried to contact them many times , online and on the phone to help me recover my account but they turn a deaf ear. So these hackers continue to control my Social Media, Emails and any other accounts in my name fishing for updates are new information. To anyone that is going through the same experience, don't place your phone number on a Google account, and recovery email because when they hack on they hack everything. Don't get a new phone number if you haven't recovered your old email the new number will be sent to your Gmail account by your carrier and the hacker will have your new number also. Don't get a new phone before you recover your old account because the system will not recognize your new device. I really enjoy my email but I don't enjoy getting hacked and not having assistance with Gmail to help recover my accounts that were hacked. I pray some day they get a department that has a , landline phone for the consumer to call to recover their account the same day that they were hacked . What is wrong with having a department that protects consumers from hackers ? Stay safe Fam and...

I'm deaf and there's a big inconvenience to call... Also, I drove all the way to the company and paid for parking. It's a waste. Microsoft has stores that I can go individually and ask questions. They are far more helpful. Google just send you to a website and then they have this automated lists for you to search for issues... Hopefully to solve your problem. It's awful, impersonal service. I felt neglected. Yes, there's a Google number to call but whats the point in calling as a deaf person? Wish they provide an online...
Read moreThis is the only way I've found to leave a review for Google itself. Every other search goes to Google Ad Service. I don't own a business, so I don't have Google Ads. I am trying to write to Google about a television advertisement during the Steelers - Titans football game. My first question while the ad was running was "What is Nesdoddeo?" The voice over throughout the ad was saying what sounded like "Nesdoddeo", or "Nesdoddio". All onewordrunningtogether. It wasn't until the commercial was ending that the actual product name was shown, Nest Audio. So if someone was not in front of the television during this commercial, they would have no idea what this product was. No one reviews / previews...
