Matisse Bistro — Restaurant in Irvine

I would give ZERO if possible. I've worked in this building for 6 years and since COVID both the food and the service have gone down the drain. Someone must have said something about the music because it used to be so loud that one couldn't even hear.

The one thing I've always liked about this place was the service. The new girl at the front is so rude. Has no personality it's like she forced to be there.

When one ordered soup it was something that you did not have to wait for. Now they serve the soup in the back and add a 10 minute wait for it.

This place has terrible customer service. My wife works in the building where this place is located. I have pre-ordered my wife a meal from here on three separate occasions and each time the food wasn't ready when she walked downstairs to lick it up. She has only a 30 min lunch and the first two times the food wasn't ready till after 20 minutes of when it was supposed to. Today I set the preorder to be picked up at 11am even though my wife doesn't take lunch until 1130am.
