Cameron is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, personable, courteous, and most importantly honest. I trust his expertise and seek his advice regularly over the passed decade. Ten years ago I was selling a diamond ring, and because of his honest opinion about what is a fair value, I was able to walk out of shops that were low balling me, and I shopped around until I received the correct amount Cameron was kind enough to guide me with. More recently, he has helped look over any other jewelry I acquire from resell. In my opinion, he is a real life Siri ! Honestly one of the best and most trustworthy shops in the area. I still drive up from 80+ miles away if I need something. The owner is usually working and he and all the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful so you can’t go wrong. If you need a loan for an emergency or something and need to pawn your jewelry, coins, whatever, the most important thing is feeling like you can trust the shop. That’s what first introduced me to them and I was more than impressed and earned my future business. A while back, I needed some diamonds replaced and a broken band fixed on my ring. The work was immaculate, a fair price, and they got it repaired within a week and did it all on site. It was given to me by my grandfather so I was really nervous to leave it somewhere else where they’d ship it off for repairs- which is what other shops wanted to do (and charge a higher price). Over the years I've trusted Irvine Gold Mine to service my Rolex watches and other prized possessions. They've done a great job every time. They never try to sell me on upgrades that I don't need or want. It takes about two weeks to do it (which is fast compared to the other jewelry stores I've worked with before them) and they charge less than the mall stores and a whole hell of a lot less than official Rolex and they warranty everything, though I've never needed to use their warranty period. I would recommend anyone with a watch or jewelry repair need to take it to these guys to have it done. Always satisfied, consistently impressed, and never been disappointed.
