This is my second time visiting this location. My first visit was amazing. The young lady that helped me was a great sale person. I knew I would return. I visited this location today and the service provided by Jennifer was horrible. There was one customer, two employees and no one bothered to acknowledge or ask if I needed help. I walked around the store for about 5-7 minutes before asking for anyone to take my money. When another customer walked in Jennifer welcomed/greeted the customer and proceeded to help. I was shocked and brought it to her attention. She proceeded to provide an excuse for behavior, that I rejected. I held her accountable for her blatant lack of awareness and bad customer service. She was upset, did not want me to talk about it to my salesperson. Actually said she wanted to call the police. I informed that she could do whatever she wanted to do and I would wait on the police with you. When they show up, pull the video to see that you are filing a false report because your feelings are hurt, I will then report you. Took it back for a 3, the other 4s were more expensive. Took that one back for the same reason. Tried 5 different tablets while I was there and none of them charged. People dump their damaged tablets here. If you don’t have time to go back with in 24 hours you’re stuck with just store credit. That expires in 6 months, and you have to hold on to your receipts AND make sure the ink stays nice and clear or too damn bad for you. But, yea, same as cash. I really regret not paying the extra 40 for a brand new one at Best Buy. Now I’m stuck with a receipt in my purse that I have no use for.
