Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacinto City

Clearly I'm not the right type of person for this location. Came to pay for my pick up order so that I could get it out of the oven and go, since the site was having an issue with my card. There were like 5 people inside at the time...most were waiting off to the side. I stood in like behind a man and his kid. Once they were done, I waited for the cashier to assist me. She never did. She walked up and called a name...I asked her what the name was because there was a girl behind me. She says "it was a pick up order". I said "ok, but what was the name?". She said it, I asked the girl behind me if it was her. and she said no. I stepped once to the side and the cashier proceeds to look directly behind and asks the girl "what can I get for you?" Wow! Even after she finished, she never acknowledged me. I just posted against the glass and read my email that said my order would be ready at 8:15pm. She then helped about 3 other people, asked them all "what can I get for you". Until another darker kid walked up and ordered her food, no greeting to this kid....she took her order and gave her the total. She finally addressed me when the store was empty. Literally no one in the lobby but me. So she asks my name...I tell her that I'll just wait on my name to come up on the board. She insists on having my name now, I give it, only for her to tell me that my order wont be ready until 815 😑. She did not have a name tag but she told me her name is, Stephanie....

Hmm, I was on the go today and decided on the way home to stop at Little Caesars in Jacinto City. This is a not a restaurant, but a fast food service. The location was clean. However no designated wheelchair accessible parking or entrance. They don't even have chairs inside if you have to wait on a walk in order! (They used to have some chairs!!!) Ms. Maria, who took my order, was really welcoming and friendly! I ordered the 3 Meat Treat and the Cheese and Herb Crazy Bites. Maria told me it would take about 15 minutes. No problem there. I paid with card, but declined to put in a tip using it. If I tip, I do it in cash as a recognition or gift of appreciated service. Ms. Maria declined the cash tip!!! Absolutely refused to accept any type of cash! Apparently employees of Little Caesars are NOT allowed to take cash tips!!! She should, at least be acknowledged by her employer for the integrity of her character! However, for the first time I was really irked at a company that didn't allow me to bless another person the way I wanted to! The food was good and portioned right for the price. Ms. Maria was...

Just stopped by to pick up an order I made which included a credit from a mess up from last week. Ordered a supreme for 10.50 that was poorly made. About 7 pieces of mushroom just thrown in the middle. Manager by the name of Gregory is going back and forth touching the register and preparing pizzas with no gloves on which is the same manager from the time of the mess up being that he took my order and still messed it up. Dont know why he is a manager if he can't figure out the computer because he kept calling one of the prep guys to come and figure things out on the computer. And to top it off another customer ordered 70 dollars in pizzas and they wouldn't take his 100 dollar bill smh. We are not going back to this store we will travel longer...
