Nopalitos Dona Maria — Restaurant in Jacinto City

Went this morning (5.2.18) for the first time to check it out. We weren't seated you pretty much sit where you want. The waitress brought us a basket with a green & red salsa. Which was pretty weird because i thought she was going to bring tortilla chips for the salsas but she never did. The table we sat at wobbled from side to side almost spilled my coffee. The coffee tasted bad and cheap. The creamers they offer you are cheap as well, no name brand. So i ordered an horchata- SUPER sweet. I couldn't finish it.The food (breakfast) came after 5 min of ordering. I had the migas, tasted good. Home made flour tortillas were really good. It feels like there is a hurricane in there, huge fans blasting air from all directions.I felt i had to eat in a hurry before the fans made my food cold. We had one menu at our table that was falling apart, ripped, sticky and dirty. It was a lil embarrassing just holding it. The waitress didn't offer me a menu i had to wait until my company was done. Therefore taking longer to order. 2 stars only because of the homemade flour tortillas. I will not...

I have been coming here for a very long time...even waited in line for long times a a time to be seated...the food is great! Love the gorditas! Only thing is that I feel we are getting rushed out. Not sure if it's managemt girls are rude to customers. Music is always really nice and pleasant...this last experience with "música alterada" was very unpleasant, I asked our waitress to please ask if the music can get changed, when she told the manager all she did was laugh , I am trying to have a joyful breakfast, to me that's músic to listen in a "cantina" not a family oriented atmosphere! When checking out, one of the ladies had an attitude when I explained to her about the loud very annoying music...I am not the only customer, but I am sure that everyone wants to enjoy a nice meal with pleasant music...then again when you have a bad attitude and a don't give a damn what you think, makes me feel you are only there because you have to, not because you love the work you do or enjoy working...

I have visited here twice, one time I was there for dine-in and the second for carry-out, and this is what I have observed! I have witness that BOTH (the service coming from the waitresses and the ladies at the CHECK OUT REGISTER have a terrible attitude, a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND a TERRIBLE MANNERS! Both times we were there we ordered aguas frescas to-go and we mentioned that we didn’t wanted any ice. We took care of the check BUT we immediately noticed something was off with the weight of the drink! We left and opened up the cup and SURPRISE! They were both indeed NOT filled up like THEY were suppose to be! We payed almost $10.00 for both waters and they can’t do things right??? It’s pretty obvious to me that the staff here is VERYYYY STINGY when they serve! BUT NOT when they price the food! I HONESTLY HATEEE when people are this way!!! Common, we ARE NOT asking for anything free, WE ARE PAYING FOR IT!!! Definitely will NOT be...
