Jackson's AMP at the Market — Attraction in Jackson

My 2 besties and I enjoyed the cool night under the stars. Indeed, the weather was prefect. The crowd was prefect too. Strangers, neighbors, friends and family, made for an excellent night. I got a grilled cheese from Mojo's, truck and it was sooo awesome good! We got some cookies from ladies who were serving a cancer cause and those cookies were the best! I hope someone who recalls the cookie table will share their brand name. The AMP band was terrific and high energy. Our only disappointment was that the band had their own interpretations of the oldies music. They preformed, 'Respect', and they did a great sound, but the song was half over before we understood what the song was. Still good, but we didn't know the music that we have known forever. The crowd was definitely a portrait of Jackson, including pets, and that was very cool. We were there at noon to set up our chairs and the entire area was already set up with chairs. Parking was, surprisingly, not a problem. We took our time and waited for the crowd to ease up, so leaving was also easy. The night at the AMP is a FREE event, the AMP band is excellent, the food was wonderful, even the weather was ideal.
