I went to Jars yesterday and my bud tender was Adam. He was able to help me narrow down some nice live resin selections to choose from. June 19th 2025. Update! Went to jars again today looking for something to help with my back pain. My bud tender was Nikki, and she was awesome. We first discussed what kinds of pain of i was having and then she recommended some gummies and several live resin extracts for pain management. She was so patient and knowledgeable about the different products available. We would give Nikki a 5 out 5. For her service as our bud tender. I had previously had a bad experience in store, but decided to try again to check out Deli Day. I didn't mention my last visit until the end, and Noah was amazing from the gate. I mentioned that I suffer from anxiety and he quickly made sure I understood the different strains etc. He was friendly without being pushy and I actually learned some helpful information from him. I did mention the review at the end of my visit, I had been asked to, and I met the manager, Dustin. He was also very kind, mellow and made sure he took the time to not only make me happy but also to understand the problem so he could ensure it didn't occur again. With my social anxiety and nerves after the way I was treated last time I went in, I didn't have high hopes tbh, but these two gentlemen really went above and beyond. This place has the best cart deals, with that said, I went there yesterday and well it made me feel like a fool, my medical card that I pay for ,I let expire why because the 2 dispensaries that I go to don't do medical discounts, or so I thought. So yesterday in the lobby people started going ahead of me even though I checked in, well they tell me I let my medical card expire and that's the reason I got skipped, and they told me the workers there I should speak up more and I couldn't have gotten 10 percent off.
