CHICKEN TOE IN MY FOOD: First time ever trying this place, we ordered General Tso's Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoons. About half way through dinner I take a bite of the General Tso's and nearly choke on a bone, notice it's a chicken toe bone with the toe nail still intact! (See photo in uploads). Thankfully it was not my 4 or 6 year old daughters that came across this sharp chicken toe! They could've choked to death! I nearly did! I couldn't eat anymore I nearly puked. I take the remaining food and the TOE back for a refund (my wife called and was told if we bring the toe we'd get a refund) and the lady says so you ate the egg rolls and crab rangoons and half the Sweet and Sour Chicken right, I said yes I was half way through dinner, she then deducted that from our refund. I only received $13 back and I paid $23.86. I told the lady that good customer service would be to give me a FULL refund, she got an attitude with me and refused. I said that's okay I'll just have to let people know about this place. I will never return to this place and I'd advise you to never go here either, unless you like to eat...
Read moreI went in the middle of the day around 3 o’clock yesterday to this restaurant. I had been there once before with my daughter and it was good. I didn’t expect anything exotic just good Chinese food. I ordered online and when I wanted to change it in plenty of time before they made it the owner got perturbed. When I got there I picked up the food and we began to eat. The hot and sour soup was good with flavor not much pork I noticed though. Now comes the bad things we had an order of chicken chop Suey that in my mind has usually celery, bamboo shoots, carrots and especially bean sprouts. The dish had huge bamboo shoots that you could tell was canned, very few fresh vegetables, no bean sprouts and the chicken was sparse. He must have put too much corn starch in the gravy because it became a big gelatinous wad. The egg fu young was as I could see no bean sprouts or they were so few and the egg mixture was overcooked and stringy. Again I could not find much chicken. Yuck.It appears they are cost cutting by not buying a lot of fresh veggies and skimping on the meat.wont go back even though are one of the only Chinese rest...
Read moreGood Chinese food and quick service. It's always hot and fresh. It's one of family's favorite places for Chinese food in the area, however the customer service is lacking. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering something a special way, the same way I would order at other local Chinese food restaurants without issue. The order was wrong. I complained, nicely, and I'm not sure if it was a language barrier issue or not, but the owner told me in exact words, "You order wrong". Excuse me? How did I order wrong? I know what I ordered. Nothing was done to fix it. I went without that evening as a result. I only go back because my family likes the food, but I will now only order items that don't require them to remove an item(s) from the recipe. What they did not understand is I always order it that way due to a health issue/food allergies. Every other place gets it right. Plus my family heard me place my order that night. I did not order wrong - they...
