Roosters Coney Island — Restaurant in Jackson

The quality of their service is seriously going down the damn toilet these days, especially with their inability to make an order correctly, especially when you go through the Drive-thru!

I ordered a Double HAMBURGER (because the person I'm ordering it for doesn't like CHEESE on the burger) with no tomato, no mayo and add mustard, only to get the food and find out it's a Double CHEESEBURGER with MAYO, TOMATO, but no mustard!

Is it that difficult to actually LISTEN to an ORDER and get it right? I hate the fact that every single time I order something through the drive-thru, I have to park and go in the building because they screwed up the order. I have to stand there for at least five minutes (WITH NO ONE EVEN APOLOGIZING FOR THE FACT THAT YOU SCREWED UP MY DAMN ORDER!!!!) and wait for them to actually re-make my order and hope they actually do it right this time.

It's getting to the point that I can go through McDonald's and get a burger made correctly there, hot and fresh, and pay less instead of ordering at Roosters, getting an order MADE WRONG and having to go inside to have them fix the order!

so everyone, if you enjoy ordering food that the cooks are going to screw up and are then forced to go back inside to actually have them fix the order. (This is only with the sincere hope that you actually CHECK your food before you leave and don't forget and only find out once you get home).

If you enjoy all of this, then go to Roosters!

During my recent visit to Rooster's Coney Island in Jackson, MI, I was genuinely impressed with the quality and taste of the food. I opted for the cheeseburger with fries, and it did not disappoint. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were a delightful, crispy accompaniment. My friend went for two Coney dogs, and he couldn't stop raving about how amazing they were. Both the presentation and the flavors were top-notch, making our dining experience memorable. The ambiance of the place added to the enjoyment, with a friendly staff that made us feel welcomed. Although the cheeseburger was delicious, I'm already looking forward to trying the double cheeseburger on my next visit, expecting it to be even more satisfying. Rooster's Coney Island truly stands out as a must-visit spot in Jackson for anyone craving classic American comfort food done right....

Steak and eggs... asked for hashbrowns to be more done, they came cool in the middle and not at all done. The steak was extremely tough and flavorless with the plate covered in blood. I never got my toast. My wife's toast was hard and old and cold. Her sausage was burnt, her hashbrowns were the same as previously stated. Our eggs were almost right only slightly slimy in the middle. Waitress was obviously just going through the motions with slight attitude to my wife and my 6yr old and my 2yr old. This place used to be wonderfull. Not sure what's going on. We over heard other guests complaining about their meals. We won't be back until we hear by word of mouth that they picked it back up in the right direction. We are still rooting for you roosters! Just got some work to do. We don't wanna loose what we know you guys...
