Annie Oakley's Wood Furniture — Attraction in Jacksonville

I had been looking for the perfect kitchen table for many months. My daughter and I were at Dunkin’ Donuts and decided to stop in and check out Annie Oakley’s. I fell in love at first sight with one particular kitchen set. I put down a deposit and it was going to be a few weeks for delivery due to the wood shortage at the time. A few days later when I got home I wanted to look at the kitchen set again and pulled up the Annie Oakley website. When I showed my husband, he immediately noticed the dead diameter of the kitchen table. Even at its smallest, without the extended insert, it was not going to fit in our tiny eat in kitchen area. I stopped by the store and went in and talked to Mike. He was so helpful and pointed out other tables that might fit and gladly said I could cancel the order if I change my mind. I took a few pictures of some small round tables and brought them home to show my husband. Ultimately we decided to keep the small wood table we’ve had since we first got married 20 years ago. I felt so bad having to cancel. When I called the store, the gentleman who answered was very friendly and kindly refunded my deposit immediately. I will definitely be shopping here in the future. This time I’ll have my measurements written down...

They have a nice selection of real solid wood furniture. Everything is already assembled and the delivery charge is not too pricey. Unlike other furniture stores, they let you wander around at your own pace without breathing down your neck, pressuring you into buying something. Everything was reasonably priced and they had some good deals on their clearance items. It wasn't a scratch and dent section, just items they were trying to get rid of. Everyone was friendly including the delivery team and they were able to deliver my items the same day. I have a few more items I will eventually replace and I will definately be back. I'd rather pay a few dollars more for something that will last vs. going to the Ashley/Rooms to Go type stores that specialize in overpriced particle...

We're new to the area so we decided to stop by Saturday to see what they had, not looking to make a purchase. We were immediately greeted by Michael, and not approached and pressured. Soon after being greeted we saw a table so we sat down and spoke more in detail about us and Annie Oakleys. All the furniture is quality built, and very affordable. We walked around the store looking at all the pieces and Michael let us look through some catalogs. We ended up purchasing the table for a dining nook. We opted to have the table and chairs delivered. The young men who delivered the furniture were on time and carefully carried in the furniture and assembled it...
