I have been going to Heather for highlights and haircuts for about 12 years and she receives the highest marks. She's trained many stylists and even though she probably knows my hair better than me, she still takes the time to chat through any adjustments that I might like or she might recommend. My gray is inconsistent, and she blends it masterfully. Over the years as I have had more and more gray (70%ish now), Heather has transitioned me from highlights to lowlights to blonde/white and nobody thinks I have all the gray that I really do. I recommend her wholeheartedly! One HUGE thing that stands out about Frangipani (and Heather) is that they are a team. The few times that I have needed to see someone other than Heather over the 12 years I've been there, Heather has spoken with the stylist and shared the correct colors, etc. with zero hiccup to the service. My stylist, Carlee, did an excellent job with my hair. I came in for a full highlight and trim!

However, was not pleased when there was an additional $100 charge to what would have been a $175 service as advertised that was shown as $68 toner and $27 for additional product. I would’ve preferred to know ahead of time these charges and that toning would be $68. The lack of transparency in additional charges wasn’t appreciated and id never experienced a charge for toner be so high. I remember seeing when booking a “$10 product charge will be applied”. I have medium length hair that’s on the thicker side so I can understand additional charges, but can’t fathom it being this high relative to the original estimated service cost.

I came in with hair that needed some serious love and care, so many at home hair dyes and a ton of heat had the ends of my hair so dead and a really boring shade of brown that I was just so tired of. I had Carlee as my stylist after hearing so many good things about her from other people and she worked miracles on my hair. It is now a gorgeous rich chocolate brown and feels so healthy, she also did gorgeous face framing and really focused on what I wanted my hair to be. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and offered me water as soon as I got in the door. You could tell everyone who works here is so sweet and see each other as a family which is such a nice environment to be in especially at a salon where you are there for an hour or more.
