Hair by Paula — Attraction in Jacksonville

Services were good! really liked the style. My concerns were with the cleanliness. The dryers were dusty in the back, the hose for the sprayer looked old, looked like it had some type of film on it because it was kind of black. Maybe those can be replaced. The countertops could be more organized. Styling tools like the combs etc should be cleaned and sanitized in barbasol or something. Some of the teeth in the combs are broken off which can break your hair off. I really like how she does hair, but as a customer we look at all of this. If there could be a deep cleaning of the place and not just a quick surface wipe down and sweeping it will go a long way. Maybe space the clients out more since it's only one stylist so you're not waiting very long, because your wash may be cut short or you don't receive the same type of service because others are waiting. No one wants a rushed service, so spacing the clients out more would really help. Very talented stylist, just some suggestions to improve...
