so we went to this place for “bad bunny” night and we were only there for about 20 minutes before we decided to leave. If you go to this place be aware that you will have some of the 35 bottles girls they have there harassing you every 5 minutes about buying a table. We spent $30 on drinks and sat down at one of the side tables (at about 10:10pm there was barely anyone in there) One of the servers or bottle girls came up to us and asked if we wanted a hookah to which we answered yes even though theirs are $40 (pretty pricey) After we had already ordered a hookah another girl came up to ask if we had bought a table to which we replied “no” since we thought it was free just to find out that we were required to buy a table which was $40 extra on top of the hookah. Mind you the tables are wobbly and where were we supposed to place our hookah?? on the ground ? sounds like they were trying to scam us. so we told her to forget the hookah and moved to the center of the floor where there were 4 tables about a quarter of the size of the high tops with no chairs which is very awkward and odd. Just to be approached by another girl who asked if we were gonna to be standing there all night to which we replied “no” she replied with “well if you want to all tables are $40” smile's and walked away. WHY IS THIS SMALL TABLE WITH NO CHAIRS THE SAME PRICE? idk! Not even 5 mins later the same girl goes “I need yall to move to the side unless you’re going to buy the table.” So we just decided to leave since we had already spent $50 on entry and drinks. Me gustaría dejar unas cosas claras en relación a una malísima experiencia que pase este sabado. Para mi entender cuando un cliente va a un negocio, un restaurante o una disco, que es en mi caso, yo voy con la mente preparada de que si yo voy a consumir como cliente no como pana de esta y el pana del otro y del otro y del otro como CLIENTE y CONSUMIDORA DEL LUGAR ( no de gratis) merezco el mismo respeto que cualquier otro ser humano merece. Yo reserve un VIP en Jax After Dark con dos semanas de anticipación y por mensaje de text para tener alguna evidencia por si las moscas, con algunas indicaciones que si en ese caso no tenían disponible lo que yo estaba pidiendo y que iba a pagar pues en ese momento le digo al dueño( con el hice la reservación) que no me interesaba y ya sin ningún problema. Voy aclarar que no es la primera vez que yo reservo un VIP en ese mismo lugar y terminan dando el que les da la gana, sin importar cuanto pagues ni el que reserves. Cuando llego al lugar, estamos en la fila y el Donsito que tenia la lista al parecer con algunos problemas de la vista no encontraba el nombre en la lista , yo lo vi de de una y rápido se lo tuve que señalar con el dedo. El don nos pasa por al lado de la fila y cuando llego a la entrada sale esta única yaL, por no decirle animal, a gritarnos LITERALMENTE que quien nos dejo pasar, que teníamos que hacer la fila, que nos fuéramos a la colaaaaa 🤣🤣 bueno ella estaba como bien aborrecidita de su trabajo al parecer. A lo que yo super tranquila y con respeto le digo que nosotros teníamos un VIP y que el Don nos abrió la cadena y nos paso, pero si teníamos que hacer la fila lo hacíamos porque eso era lo que estábamos haciendo desde un principio. La muchacha ignorándome a lo que le estaba diciendo, seguía gritando con actitud que nos fuéramos a la cola, delante de todo el mundoooo 🙄🙄 ella misma se da cuenta que se esta haciendo un revulu en la fila POR LA MALA ORGANIZACION, pues ella no tuvo opcion que pasarnos( todo esto a la mala y con actitud). La mesera que nos toco procede a llevarnos a nuestra mesa, cuando me percato que nuevamente no era el espacio que yo reserve y la mesa era de dos personas y éramos 6 🤔 soooo ese fue otro papelón porque no nos querían cambiar la mesa y todo el personal con una actitud ósea cero amabilidad. El dueño del lugar tenia conocimiento de todo lo que estaba pasando, en ningún momento ni el ni su esposa, que es la otra dueña, fueron capaces de darnos cara, de hecho, nos pasaban mucho por al frente con una velaera brutal pero ni pal carajo que daban cara. Tenían a otro chamaco con un guardas espaldas mas trili , yo nose si es que a el lo estan buscando o se cree el otro dueño yo noseeee 😂 pero cada rarito que tenia se paraba al frente de nosotros a velar, oseaaaa porque caramba. En fin ¿ porque no me fui? porque ya habíamos pagado y yo no soy de salir mucho y a ese lugar menos por experiencias pasadas, queria que por lo menos la ultima hora que nos quedaba aprovecharla y olvidarnos de todo lo que estaba pasando y no tener que escalar la situcion ya que había pagado todo y ni modo tampoco me iba a poner hacer un papelón para que me devolvieran el dinero pero si yo hubiera reaccionado de otra manera la historia no seria la misma. Pesimo servicio al cliente, no tienen organizacion, cero profesionalismo ósea todo lo que pintan ser. Tienen el mismo dj de hace 30 años tocando la misma musica y su favorita al parecer es “PEPA” porque esa no la quita del playlist, todos los sábados el mismo kindergarten porque es lo mas que se meten allí, jovenes que todavía no se saben ni limpiar bien. Aprendan a tener una buena comunicación y empatía como empleado hacia el cliente y dejen de coger de pendeja a la gente que solo les conviene a ustedes porque estoy muy segura que a los que les dejan los VIP gratis los tratan de maravilla, yo no veo negocio ahi pero bueno cada quien, después quedan así 🤡 como quedaron para el party de Yailin. cook needs to be fired shish kabob was served with meat still frozen a comp cheese stick dish was served barely warm . table set for twelve only two ate all the rest of us had water . we all laughed at the incompetence. last wednesday i had coconut shrimp very chewy since it had been frozen small shrimp no taste coconut simply sprinkled on and a non descript tasteless dipping sauce way way overpriced.

we all laughed at the frozen meat on the kabob as what bacteria could be lurking in that !!!

love the karaoke the sound system the decor the lighting the kj but i will never eat at Jax Grill . water only for me is a safe bet ....

your meat on a-skewer we call shish-kabob the steak portion was still frozen on the skewer .

the karaoke singer sitting next to me could not eat it sent it back and never touched it after coming back from the kitchen love the karaoke but we will not eat there .

food served under temp or uncooked is a health hazard .

same with mozzerella sticks served just warm not cooked
