Bad customer service. I have been a customer for RAC for more than 5 years constantly nonstop. During this holidays I did not know they will be closed on the 1st and the auto pay account I have didn’t have the founds on time which I did not worried about because I have a separate account for this type of situations I got a late fee because they was closed I couldn’t call or go in person for a payment and I don’t have access for online payments. There was NOT customer courtesy with the late fee. I don’t care if is one dollar or a one thousand is the fact that even after being a loyal customer for years with many many agreements they didn’t even considered to do a courtesy wavier and that speaks volumes of a company. Several store managers promised to send it to me but nothing happened. I got Shaniyai on the phone and had the receipts in my inbox in 5 minutes. She's a customer service star!
My fridge is currently dead (for the second time!). Working through warranty repair takes weeks to get parts in and I'm tired of trying to keep food cold in coolers with ice.
