This is a 14 acre park that showcases an award-winning design by Carol R. Johnson and Associates of Boston, Mass. The site was designed to incorporate a previous landfill, construction fill site and to serve as the background for a winding pathway representing the trip of the New River from where it bubbles up near Richlands to the New River Inlet.

Read moreIt's a nice and pretty clean park. Some of the boardwalks are overgrown but most of them are really pretty. There's a playground and a big hill with lots of open space and a pretty water view. There are boardwalks out to the water too. No bathrooms, from what I saw, but still a good park. Saw quite a few wildlife too. Saw squirrels, birds, pelicans, and a stork. It also has alligators but I didn't see any. Overall, I had a good time. Would be a good place to take dogs too, and there are bags...
