Honestly I come here often and always give the opportunity to redeem the last mistake but this has been my most disappointing visit. Burnt waffle that taste BURNT! Why serve something like this when you know it’s no good. Most people are on the way to work so now we get stuck with no breakfast cause the food is burnt and/or cold. I always get the spinach ricotta and they are never warm/hot. How could a company expect food to be hot when they warm it in the microwave in the bag that it’s served in. I really enjoyed coming here before work but this is just too much. I spent $30 for breakfast and can’t even eat the waffle or the two “cold” spinach ricotta smh . I will not be returning after today. Very disappointed that the workers don’t take pride in providing good quality to...

My wife and I enjoy this place for a Saturday morning or just a quick run. My wife loves the baked goods, whether they're in-house baked or outsourced, they're top dollar based on her opinion. I myself enjoy the wraps and build-yourself sandwiches. I've had their medium and dark roast, respectively, and they're good, difficult to mess up plain black coffee; great grind. Their iced coffee is wonderful, between the lattes, au lait, and everything in the middle, with accomodating plant based add-ins also, there's nothing really amiss about this place. the staff are friendly, if you happen to walk in, it's very clean and the setup is humble and inviting. you really aren't going to regret spending less for more supporting a...

This place. My first time coming a week ago, and with my little one. The staff is super friendly, helpful and definitely will make sure you’re welcomed! The egg and cheese wrap wasn’t the best option as it seemed just, idk not as expected and not too appealing, but the egg and bacon cheese English muffin was good. The coffee was good and the green wave smoothie was amazing. The cleanliness though and by 0900 was not as expected. Crumbs and hair all within the booth and you can see the window seals or just sum areas don’t get wiped down often. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great to see and especially for the first time to come with my little one. I won’t hold it against the one time though, but a deep clean...

☀️ We really like it here. It's kind of like going local since it's from Wilmington. The coffee is very good, from black coffee to fancy treat coffees. I usually have an Americano w cream and sugar but today I had a Peppermint Ghirardelli Mocha and it was good! Their food items are good: bagels sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, wraps, muffins and more! The service was really good today. Cool artist drawings for sale in shop too, you don't get that at the chains! ☕️ 🍞

Port City Java coffee drinks are always delicious no matter what location I get them from, however the Jacksonville location always provides polite service and they have cute little riddles posted on their drive-thru window! I appreciate how they find ways to interact with their customers, especially during this time of COVID. P.S. My husband and children love their milkshakes, bagels and cookies! They provide something for everyone in the family.
