Horrible experience. I’m a DoorDash driver and delivered food here to a woman named Adasha. I left the food at the door and took a picture of the food and ”Boomtown” sign to let her know it was delivered. She responds to me and says I never dropped off the food and left basically.

I ended up getting deactivated from DoorDash over this and this is my only income right now as I just moved to the area with my wife, dog, and son. (Photos below)

I call to complain and leave a report about it, and a woman Christina was very nice at first and took my name and number to send to the owner, and I called back to add something and she was completely rude. She dismissed everything and said “sir there’s nothing we can do about it, it was her personal phone and lunch time and the owner probably won’t call you back or do anything about it”….completely changed her tune about it.

I have reached out to your office because I am at my wits end with the couches I purchased from Boomtown they have been sent back multiple times for issues and even been replaced. My husband was sitting on the couch this morning and he heard a loud pop the couch has now popped springs out of the back of the couch. I asked to have the furniture replaced and have gotten no where. I refuse to be treated the way I have by Boomtown. My weight has even been referenced in notation on documents which that is included. I have basically been told by the own er of the store I sell $50,000.00 a month of the furniture I purchased and my case was the only one he has heard of I am asking for boomtown to make this right.
