do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE. It’s ridiculous how whenever you have an issue or bring it to the attention of the leasing office it’s completely disregarded. It has been six months since we moved in and we have still yet to be compensated for the bleached clothes (because they somehow forgot to rinse the bleach out in the washer prior to move in), getting the magnolia tree chopped that hangs over our apartment building and tracks bugs, and the cherry on top of this all is the fact the fire alarms will go off at random times a day. most of the time in the middle of the night at 4AM. the leasing office is well aware of this issue but still continues to disregard any of our concerns or refuses to compensate us even though we pay a lot of money to live here and it’s disturbing our everyday lives. Also, just to prove my point, i was just on the reviews for here two days ago and it was at 3.7… tell me how I look today after the fire alarm went off for the 6th time in two days, it moved up to like 4.7….they are literally deleting reviews to make themselves...

I’m writing this review for my friend who has been suffering in this apartment complex for months. The upstairs unit is occupied by more than ten people, and the noise is relentless. From loud footsteps to the constant sound of an inflatable mattress, it’s impossible to find any peace. The noise goes on all day and night, making it extremely difficult to live a normal life. Despite multiple complaints to the property management, nothing has been done. It’s been three months, and there’s been no resolution or even an update on the situation. The management’s lack of action is incredibly frustrating and shows a complete disregard for the residents’ comfort. This isn’t just my friend’s problem—many other residents are dealing with similar issues. Overcrowded units and excessive noise are common throughout the building, and the management seems to turn a blind eye. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to live, avoid this apartment complex at all costs. The noise and poor management make it a terrible living...

I have been to Royal Essence many times and I must say today I was extremely disappointed. Mr. Robin or Robyn whatever it is made my experience quite unpleasant. The whole vibe was very "let me hurry up and get you the hell out of here because I don't want to be here". He didn't speak as a matter of fact the only thing he was lavender or rose scrub. The massage was nonexistent. He wasn't gentle or friendly. I was so UGH with it all I didn't even get my toes polished. The whole thing had me vexed 😡. I gave 3 stars because I REALLY love this place but Mr. Robin is a NO...
