RiversEdge Bowl — Attraction in Janesville

We went here for my niece's birthday party. 80% of the place was dark and doing glow bowl. Our 6 lanes were the only ones with lights on. When I inquired as to why they said it was a league thing.... They eventually turned out all the lights. (Which we appreciated) Fast forward to the woman in the kitchen/bar area... As we were standing in line to order she looks point blank at my senior citizen father and says "I'm busy you'll have to wait, (laughs) everyone thinks they're so special" ....mind you he had said NOTHING to her at this point. Suddenly over walks a league bowler and she addresses him by name and says "well _ you are special, what do you need?". At this point we have yet to be helped. When I finally ordered my food she physically took my debit card and put it in her til and closed it. Then told me it would go on my tab. I said I didn't have a tab, I was only purchasing fries, so she rolled her eyes, said there will be a $2 charge for using it and walked to another area and threw it down for another girl to charge me. I have never been so disrespected at an establishment. I will never step foot in...

OMG!! We made reservations for 5:00 for 7 people on 2 lanes. We got here at a couple minutes to 5 pm. She said give her 10 minutes and our Lane would be ready. 20 minutes later we asked if they were ready. She was very prissy with us. She said no and that she was heading down to clean them. 20 minutes later I asked again if they were done. Again she was very snotty! They just finished wiping down the table. 40 minutes we waited for our reserved lanes. Then we all ordered food. Which took them over an hour to make and get to us. Half of it was cold. WOW. Then we had so many issues with the lanes. I don't think we will return to this location again. So...

No stars!!! Very rude! The door stated you may bring beverages in. I brought in my frappe and the lady stated no beverages allowed and didn’t even say welcome hello or anything. I asked why does the door say you can bring in beverages then and she stated, “no, you can’t bring drinks in.” Although the group next to me had their own water bottles. I don’t want to state that we were pin pointed because of our nationality but it was obvious. Will never spend my money where it’s not welcome. And to top it off it was my birthday. Racism is real and I hate we still live in a world with so...
