Legitimately horrible customer service. When we first arrived we asked if we could split our group of six into two lanes so that we could bowl faster and not have to wait for multiple people before having their turn. They said they couldn’t do that since they had a tournament/league. Thats fine then, we understand. So we paid for extra people to play so we could space ourselves out. We paid for our lanes for 2 hours. Our group began to bowl and we were having a perfectly fine time. We had one incident where we accidentally sent two balls at the same time and received a warning- sure. But just a small amount of time after that, we got our lanes shut off despite having not received their “three strikes” like they insisted they did. The man who helped us the first time after the balls got stuck said absolutely nothing to us. He just walked away. They said nothing over the loudspeaker either as we had some people who were just watching and listening. When we asked if we would be refunded since we still had fourth minutes left on BOTH lanes, they refused and became rude and snippy. The lady with the red hair was entirely unprofessional and unfriendly from the very start when we first walked in, and the man with the short ponytail and glasses was laughing behind her the entire time we were speaking to her. She was then rude again after my husband asked to get the ball he paid for back after they shut our lanes down. They were rude. Inconsiderate and went out of their way to be cruel. We had multiple military members in our group who came from FAR just to spend thanksgiving. They only seemed to have issues with people who were not participating in their league and 50/50 draw. Horrible customer service from everyone who wasn’t in the kitchen area. Those women are absolutely spectacular and lovely. But the front desk clerks should NOT be working in customer...
Read moreIf I could give less than one star I would!!! So I go bowling with my girlfriend and my best friend and I said I'll pay for the bowling and you pick up the bar tab. Well when I woke up in the morning I found out they charged me $450 dollars for the bowling!!! So I called my buddy and he tells me that he left his card on accident and checked his bank statement and he had a $300 transaction when we had only gotten 2 pitchers of beer!!! So I call up there and he said that he would refund me my money over the phone. Nearly a week later I never got a penny of my money back and had to dispute it with my bank and my friend had to do the same thing. Not to mention that the bartender took it upon herself to tip herself out on the couple of drinks that I had bought while I waited for my friend to show up after I had tipped her out in cash. And I had a separate charge of $35 from them for no reason. And to top it all off the crowd there wasn't good at all and someone actually stole my girlfriends wallet right out from under her nose and took her money out and dumped it in someone's lawn not far from the bowling alley. Luckily the woman that found it was smart enough to look at her I.D. and we got it back the next. All in all they ended up getting about $780 between me and my buddy!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I SUGGEST YOU...
Read moreIt's no longer a bowling ally, at least didn't appear to be. I think It is a club, friend said it was called it the Hurricane. I'm not sure. I didn't look at the marquee when I walked in. Anyway I was not welcome. Walked in and was told I couldn't come in. I was dressed decently, I definitely didn't look like I just walked in from the street. Button up shirt, sleeves neatly rolled up, it's hot. A very nice pair of jeans, a little lose but not baggy. Really nice dress shoes. I never go out for the night and not look presentable. If anything I was a bit over dressed. However I don't dress in woman's clothing either. I mean I don't want to say I was turned away because I'm a lesbian. As I was walking in, there was a very flamboyant gay boy walking out. Yes, he was a boy very young didn't look old enough to even be in there. I know it wasn't because I couldn't buy drinks or pay their little cover charge. Even though I don't drink but, how would this guy bouncer at the door know that. I generally spend money on soda. They generally give you a small glass in a place like this. Nonetheless I've never went to any place like this and been turned away. I don't think I will be going back there...
