China Taste — Restaurant in Florida

This establishment turned me off from the amount of boxes that are stacked when I first walked in but I decided to give them a try anyway! Then after ordering and paying for my food I went to the restroom which was filthy! If only I had saw the restroom before ordering my food I probably wouldn’t of eaten here! Once I receive my food I left and ended up tasting my food on my drive home noticing that my rice was rather crunchy or either undercooked! I called and spoke with someone who placed me on hold for what seemed like 10 minutes and when they return to the line they didn’t apologize after hearing me out however only tried to further justify the issue saying that the rice was overcooked perhaps or reheated but didn’t offer an apology or to remake my food! I didn’t want anything free and I didn’t plan to return either! I made them aware of that and they said nothing and hung up on me so I’ll definitely be calling the health department about this place because something isn’t right about this dirty...

We placed an order today for chicken fried rice, boneless spareribs and 2 orders of Spring Roll. The fried rice was HORRIBLE!! It had no taste to it and the rice was more than ONE DAY OLD. I asked for scallions, scrambled eggs and bean sprouts which is traditionally how Chinese Fried Rice is supposed to be made. Not green peas, carrots and white onions. Couldn’t even see the scallions, scrambled eggs or bean sprouts. The boneless ribs were rubbery and the spring rolls were greasy. The food there used to be good. My husband took the food back. They tried to re-cook the rice. Still didn’t have any taste to it. THEN some middle aged oriental gentleman comes from the kitchen yelling something in his language and throws a five dollar bill at my husband. It stayed on the floor and my husband told them we were not only not coming back but we would be warning the...

First time ordering from this place and my last ordered combination platter of boneless ribs. Chicken wings and crab Rangoon. I don't know if it was the cook that didn't close the lid correctly on my platter or if it was the delivery person I called to informed them that my boneless ribs spilled at the bottom and they told me not to touch the platter and they will be sending the delivery person with a new order when I told them I had to leave and couldn't wait around another 45 minutes to an hour. And I requested a credit on the platter and was told " there wasnt anything they can do about it.," Poor customer service. The young lady that took my order is very sweet.
