Taylor at Top Knot Beauty Studio has changed how I view getting my hair done! She’s professional, knowledgeable, super friendly, and she gets to know you as well as your hair (trust me, she’s talked me out of bangs a couple of times now due to my curly hair). The best part is, for those of us who’ve had bad experiences, SHE’S REALISTIC! If it’s something she can do and make it look good, she can do it. If it’s not something that can be done, she will absolutely let you know and work with you to figure something else out. I know that’s something I value (as someone who has once walked out of a salon with orange hair crying due to someone not telling me their capabilities) I used to never care who did my hair, but now that I’ve gone to Taylor (and I’ve been with her for years now) I couldn’t imagine having anyone else ever touch my hair. I had an appointment with Maddie, and I had not been there before. She greeted me right away, was very kind and sweet. Most of all, she listened to what I wanted to have my hair look like. She is amazing!! She fixed my last cut, which I knew something was off from a different appointment at a different salon. She recognized it right away and fixed everything! She did a beautiful color that lasts as long with the fraction of processing time. My hair looks fresh and healthy. I think I finally found a wonderful person that I can trust and go to!!
