We've only gone to this location a couple times, more so the Evansville location, but we prefer this branch. Customer service is fantastic, our last visit the gentleman at the counter was very bubbly and helpful with our indecisiveness. We've tried all the flavors and recently some seasonal ones, overall they taste fine but not great - usually they all kind of taste the same, one note - sugary. The dough texture is good though and interesting compared to donuts in other areas of the states. It's worth a try for sure. The prices are fair for what you get. Donuts and sandwich were good and was what we expected at a Parlor, but the hospitality and service at the Jasper, IN location completely lacks. Our first time there, the employees offered absolutely no direction on how to order, get food, or get utensils. It was like we were having to drag the info out of the gal at the register. Not the cleanest place (under booths, tables and rug), but our biggest turnoff was that 2 of the 4 workers behind the entrance counter were on their cell phones as we walked out the door —- with no invitation to return and no “thank you”! the most delicious and unique donuts ever! They are like croissants rolled up into donut shapes and loaded with every topping you can imagine. We ordered about 10 donuts to try in store. They put each on an individual plate and our group passed them around so everyone could try each one! Not a single bad flavor. Good coffee and wonderful breakfast sandwiches too.
