Frank J. Wilson Park — Attraction in Jefferson Township

Nice neighborhood park. The playground has lots of interesting climbing options. Indoor restrooms are available at the park house until 7pm. Good field space for sports. Several baseball and track teams were able to practice at the same time. People were friendly and cooperative about sharing space.

Main drawback: Very difficult to park. Side streets leading to the park are dead ends with no sign warning you of this. And it does not appear that parking is permitted on Milwaukee in front...

A nice park, with a basketball court, tennis court, pickle ball court, and tetherball. One large oval walking trail around a baseball field, with a few benches scattered throughout, some in shady areas, some not. There's a play area for small children and a large water spray area for kids to play in. There's usually at least a few people at the park, evenings tend to be busier than midday.

This playground is excellent! Stuff for everyone. There’s a small play fire truck themed equipment for babies/young toddlers and a fun area for bigger kids. There’s a sand volleyball area in partial shade that a lot of kids use as a sandbox. And in the summer there’s a fantastic fenced in water splash pad.
