Wintrust Bank — Attraction in Jefferson Township

Bank was closed on Mon without previous announcement! This is general review for Wintrust bank not only for this branch. Last year debit card was blocked while I was traveling because some website tried to charge my acct 35$. Even after detailed conversation with ppl from cust service and begging them to not to do that they cancelled it anyways. This year Delta Airlines double charged me almost two months ago for one plane ticket and I complained to cust serv once, and she filed my claim incorrectly. After that, branch manager did it three times and they still didn’t solve the problem or credit me that money like other banks do! You can not have connected business and personal account online so you can not transfer yourself any money from one to another without going...

This branch made me sure I NEVER want to bank with Wintrust ever again (customer for 15 years). Went from wanting a high-interest savings to not even worthy of being my third bank in one visit. Issue #1: Figure out your "chartered situation". #2 Your security guy was disrespectful after I calmly expressed my displeasure to the branch manager.
