Went in because after contacting customer service on the website, via text chat, I explained that on that particular evening my daughter's phone had no service all day and was not receiving my text messages and when I called the calls would just drop. The customer service rep check and didn't show any outages in our area. The next day we had to go out of town and there my daughter's phone showed she had service but when we returned home she had no service again. The next day I took her phone into a US Cellular store to see if they could figure out what the problem was. The agent there replaced the Sims (?) card, but still nothing. So asked if I could just leave the phone and see if she could figure out something and call me later and let me to if I just needed to pick the phone back up or she was able to find the problem and got it working properly. I called Jefferson Telecom and they were at my business within 30 minutes. We soon discovered that the issue was with my network and not with Jefferson Telecom.... Where I come from that would have been the end of our interaction, the ISP tech would have left and basically said not our problem. NOT the care in Jefferson and NOT with Jefferson Telecom. Read moreWe were having issues with WiFi. We would leave the house and be disconnected and not be automatically reconnected when we returned to the house. Dave came by the next day to help us with a WiFi extender. Additional 10 bucks a month to be able to use our WiFi while working in the yard and shop area is absolutely worth it.
