Dollar General — Local services in Jefferson

The manager at this location is rude to her employees, and will make comments to customers about how it’s hard to find good help these days and she has had to fire multiple people. Yesterday she was yelling at an employee for not filling the drink coolers the way she likes them done and threatening to fire him. When I said something to him about it he said it was his second day on the job and all she has done is yell and threaten to fire him. She refuses to show him how to do the job or teach him the correct way to do the task. I left my stuff and walked out, I won’t spend my money at a place that mistreats...

This may be a small town setting, but I just had the best customer service. I don't want to call out anyone's name for privacy reasons. But let's just say I didn't have enough in my funds to buy diapers for my child and cough medicine. Struggling to pay, being very calm and trying to figure out how I was going to pay for this. Since their renovation, they've had a lot more of a selection of random items. The only issue I have, and the reason a star is missing, is that they stopped selling clothing. They do have a strong selection of food, auto care, animal needs and accessories, toys, arts and crafts, board games, tobacco products, and ects. No reason to run all over town when you can find most of what you need right here at...
