From the moment I met with Abby I knew she was going to be one of the best vendors I would hire for my wedding day. Abby was with me through the whole wedding planning process of indecisiveness and stress. She took time to understand my vision and helped it come to life. Abby and Alex hung every single snowflake from the ceiling in the venue & made the perfect center pieces/table decor to make my winter wedding a reality. When I saw it for the first time, it was like they saw my wedding dream and made it come true! When it came to wedding time, anyone who asked me who she was, I said âThis is Abby! Sheâs our wedding coordinator & my saviorâ and I wasnât kidding! She was my savior- keeping me calm, always being my hype girl, making sure things ran smoothly and for a person like me with a âtype A personalityâ itâs hard to let someone else take the raines of something but I had no problem with Abby doing things because I knew she cared just as much about my wedding day as I did. When I felt a smidge of stress, suddenly she was next to me- immediately helping in whatever way she could! I cannot thank Abby and Alex enough for their time and everything they did for us.

She came out several months before the event to help me determine the best way to use our available space, and was incredibly helpful in suggesting a flow of traffic, number of tables and chairs we might need, and tent size. Set up for the event was a breeze, with Abby and her crew taking care of everything, and they did the same with the tear down/pick up process. I just had to pick what I wanted and they took care of the rest! We couldn't have been happier with the quality of our rental pieces or the quality of customer service we were given. Everything was in great condition, on time, we had quick responses to questions, and they were affordable. She took time to understand our event, provided solutions within our budget, coordinated with our staff to make sure all of the pieces fit together, and committed the time necessary to make the event successful. She showed up early to make sure there was time to get decorations in place and came long after the event had concluded to allow for all our our guests to filter out. Communication was often was not bothersome and really helped us stay on schedule for pieces we needed to complete. She paid close attention to every detail and these were noticed by our attendees, many of whom asked for Legacy Events' contact information.
