Their mission is to collect, preserve display and interpret artifacts pertaining to the history of Clark County. These artifacts are messages from our past to the people of the future. The museum collection ranges from the era of Native Americans to the present and includes family papers, photograph collections, early maps, clothing, Edwardian toys, vehicles, artworks, and archaeological artifacts of Clark County, to name a few. See the Exhibits page to get a glimpse of what they have on public display. See displays about all the local cultures . Plenty of parking No trailers Cool cultural district 🚣📞🎩🪖⛑️🛷🪔👗🎟️🏟️

My husband and I are fairly new residents of Jeffersonville and are still exploring the city and all it has to offer. If you have never been through the museum before, I would highly recommend that you...

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Clark County Museum. Jeanne Burke, who is the director, gave me a tour of the place. I have lived in Southern Indiana all my life and I learned things about Clark County I never knew before. We have a rich history here! Jeanne is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. Make sure you stop in if you are local or...
