We just got my child's 18th birthday cake from here yesterday. So many issues so so many. It's a good thing I didn't pick it up I would have demanded a refund. One it looked nothing like we ordered them the lady was rude to my child when she said something about because "she hates when people are so particular about their cakes". Yeah when you pay almost $100 for a damn cake you expect it to be made CORRECTLY. Well it wasn't and being a smart ass she just threw a handful of glitter on top of it after dropping the lid in the floor which she just placed back over the cake mind you. The icing was wrong the cake was disgusting and made everyone who ate incredibly ill. We had to throw 1/2 of it away because it was gross and made everyone sick. Never again will we order from here. I wish I would have picked the cake up I would have left it and demanded a refund because absolutely ridiculous. My child's 18th birthday/ party was ruined...

I ordered a wedding cake from Sweets by Morgan. At first I had requested a small cake, but later decided to get a 3-tier cake for the wedding. The design was rough white icing with a vine of flowers going around the cake. Morgan informed me they did not provide flowers but could place the flowers if I brought them in. I asked if they could make the flowers out of icing or fondant and never heard back. When I never got a call asking if I was bringing flowers in, I assumed they had taken care of it. The day before the wedding, we picked up the cake to find it was a plain three tier cake with white icing. I paid over $400 for a cake I could have made myself. After addressing my disappointment in the cake, I was told they could not do anything since I was charged the "base" pay for the cake. Overall, the cake was over-priced and the communication with the bakery was poor. I would not recommend this bakery...

This place is amazing, I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I originally emailed for a quote for my sons birthday cake, got recommendations, and was always answered within the day and I was already impressed by the quickness in my emails being answered, the kind responses, and the honesty of who I was talking to. When I called to double check my payment went through the lady who answered the phone was so sweet and patient as well as thorough. I was genuinely so impressed. My mind was absolutely blown away when I got there this morning to pick up my cake. As soon as I opened the door it smelled amazing. Everything looked clean. Then I was shown my cake. It was EXACTLY like I wanted! It was beautiful. It was tasty. It was everything we wanted. I will absolutely be back every single year for everyone’s birthday.
