FOLLOW-UP AND SECOND PURCHASE**
This is the second bed I have purchased from Sleep Outfitters. My first experience was extraordinary, and I must say, my wife and I received otherworldly service from beginning to end.
I was thoroughly impressed with my first experience, but the second one was even better! We had the same salesman as last time, who was fantastic then and truly exceptional this time. Not only did he treat us with the same care, taking his time to listen to our needs without trying to oversell us, but he also remembered specific details about us from our previous visit. I don't expect salespeople to remember me, but he knew our situation in great detail.
As we promised him the first time, we returned when we wanted to purchase a bigger, more expensive bed. Keeping that promise was rewarding tenfold. The service, communication, and follow-up were outstanding. Sleep Outfitters ensured we were well taken care of from start to finish.
Whether you're looking for a budget-friendly bed or a more luxurious one, you can expect service that will sweep you off your feet and onto a cloud-like sleeping experience. I can attest to receiving the same excellent service when purchasing both a lower-cost bed and a more expensive one. Despite being on commission, the salesman was not driven by it. Both times, he took his time to understand our needs and made sure we got exactly what suited us. He even remembered my preferences over a year later. Talk about an amazing salesman and an incredible store!

World class customer service. The pinnacle of the customer experience. Cannot say enough good things about the sales people who helped us. They provided an experience that is simply unmatched. Insert whatever buzz word you want to describe how considerate, customer centric, compassionate, honest, respectful, kind, etc. they were.My wife and I were very impressed and taken aback with how our experience went. We didn't feel like a giant credit card, instead our needs were met and then some. If you need a mattress and you don't want to feel like you're going to the shady used car salesman with a creepy mustache then this is the place for you.

Read moreSalesperson here MUCH better than the short 3.5 inch lady you hired to work at Jeffersonville location--you know the one--forces the customers to do all the work for her of moving beds, carrying merchandise, etc... because she's too short to do the job. I'm sure she needs a job, but put her somewhere else. Would you force a vertically challenged person to work installing cabinets on the ceiling without giving them a lift device? No.
And if you've given her the eqiupment to do her job, she sure isn't using it because she forced us, the customers, to move all the bedding around the store to try it out--it's up against walls and you have to move it to the model to try it!? Ugh--get a bigger location and a bigger person, or just better person, to do the job at Jeffersonville.
Glad we bought from the guy at this store in Clarksville. He has a positive attitude, can explain all the merchandise, and can carry and move it for you after you've been at your job all day. Glad we bought here, at Clarksville, instead of Jeffersonville Indiana location.
TLDR: DON'T go to the Jeffersonville location, BUY from Clarksville, where they have enough store space that you, the customer, don't have to move the merchandise around, and where they've hired...

Edit: THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR A CREDIT CARD WHEN FINANCING. Then they max it out with the price of the mattress. RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE. There was no mention of a credit card AT ALL, when I was in the store. Called to ask about it and they were extremely dismissive, felt like I was being pacified. Be prepared. Would've been okay, if it were explained more. When I purchased the mattress Derrick said, "There will be a LIGHT inquiry on your credit to see if you qualify." Light meaning a 45pt drop??? Okay.
