Rapid Fired Pizza — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

This place used to be so good but they’ve gone downhill lately. I’ve had many minor issues recently but yesterday is the final straw for me. It appears from my google searches the parent company was bought by new owners in 2021 and it makes sense it’s been declining ever since. I attempted to place a carry out order on their website. Their website has always been horrendous and would not work yesterday. I was forced to order pickup through DoorDash which I of course ended up having to pay a higher price for everything. I requested garlic dipping sauce with my pizza. Upon arrival to the store the staff did not provide sauce. Instead they pointed me to a self service sauce stand. The most unsanitary thing ever that makes me wish we could go back to COVID times. No joke, yesterday while waiting for my food, I watched a woman come in and grab 8 different sauces, one by one, squirting a small amount of sauce into a cup, dipping her finger in it, licking her finger, and putting the sauce bottle back. She licked a total of 3 fingers and touched 8 sauce bottles with said fingers… shame on rapid fire for even offering a self service station. I don’t go to Buffets for a reason, let me get some sauce from behind the counter you sick freaks. I’m severely lactose intolerant, I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese. I was a bit weary when eating my pizza as my wife’s order was slightly wrong. I didn’t think too much of it until 1am this morning when I was sat in the bathroom for over an hour in immense pain.. I’ll spare everyone the details but it’s safe to say I will not be going back here anymore.

First off, do NOT advertise what you do NOT have. I ordered pickup off doordash myself, then they said they have never had what I paid for....huh???

Then I asked forna couple water cups and they gave me the wrong size lids. So I asked if I promised to just get water (which I was actually doing), could I have a bigger cup to fit the lid THEY gave me. They said I had to pay for it.....no no. I'm not paying all this money for just water. You gave me the wrong lid. That's on you. How about you actually cate about your customers. I love Rapid Fired Pizza but after this, no more. I even called the manager and he gave me the same excuse NEVER AGAIN. I will also be telling family and friends not to as well. Shameful. I work in a fast food place myself, I know how things are done. Then I was told they don't have lids for water cups. I can understand that in case someone tries to get something else but jeez. I was driving and all 2 of my waters spilled all over...

Speed: 5/5 Service: 1/5 They were extremely quick at making our pizzas. The ingredients were of good quality but the amount of ingredients was low. The price point (8.75) wasn't too bad for a one topping personal thin pizza.

However, the gentleman that made my pizza had no interest in effort. He cupped a tiny amount of bacon all in one spot near the center. He did not spread it out at all. I was both gimped on the amount of bacon and even though I have never been professionally trained on pizza making, even I know that it's trivial to spread the ingredients out. Who wants only a few bites of ingredients? I am impressed on your speed but please pay more attention to the quality of the service you're giving. It would have taken less than ten seconds longer to spread the bacon around more.
