Big Bux Bingo — Attraction in Jersey Village

RESPONSE TO BIG BUX BINGO TOWARD BOTTOM OF PAGE!!!!! At first we loved Big Bux Bingo, but after 8 month's of watching and listening we have changed our mind about this place. Why is it that the same people win all the time was starting to become the question within our group? Then on Friday Sept 5th it happened! I was standing in line to buy my computers and was behind a blonde lady and her grey headed husband who win all the time. Sean was working the counter and was programming their computers for them. Then when he was done before they left the counter Sean say's to them..... Good luck. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! In disbelief I told my group of people what I had heard, and the discussion of how often they win started... Why would you tell a customer that you loved them? Maybe MOM and DAD??? definitely related that's for sure. Once bingo started the blonde lady started off with a early bird win... I will give her that one since all early birds are played on paper. First session starts and she wins the third game $400 pot. My group looks at me and I told them, I told you so... Then the third session starts and the grey head man wins the $750 pot. 3 wins between them. Mind you, this couple wins constantly for the last 8 months since we have been going there. After bingo was over Sean walked over to them and hugged the lady and she kissed him on the cheek then spoke to the man and called him pop's. My whole group heard/saw this. Last weekend she won again in the first session. How can they be so lucky? I don't think they are!!!! I think employees can manipulate the computers to win while they are being programmed, such as a hidden card in the cpu that fills its self in automatically when the numbers are being called.. then Bingo you win!!! Just a thought! I don't know how its done honestly, but we don't feel like its on the up and up. Too many of the same winners over and over for months. Big Bux will probably say that its because they buy many cpu's, well we buy just as many collectively as they do and we do not win like they do. We feel like some games are by chance and some are set up for certain people to win. We might as well just walk in and find a constant winner and hand them our money and leave! If you play or are going to start playing at big bux watch for the constant winners and especially the blonde with the grey husband that sit in smoking section... Big Bux Bingo just lost our group..... Say Bye Bye!!!!!!!

NEW RESPONSE: I just have another thing I would like for each person who reads this review the next time you are at Big Bux Bingo start watching the man in the black hat with a feather in it and Harley Davidson shirt on and watch how many times he and his wife win. Almost every night. The remark that states buy more computers to increase your odds is a lot of crap. I bought many computers each night that I went. No wins. I'm telling you, its rigged. Save your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The gaming commission really needs to get involved. They have their FAVORITES. No one ever said their staff wasn't friendly. Its how they are operating the bingo hall and not letting everyone have a chance to win. WHAT IS SO WRONG ASKING THEM NOT TO CHEAT!!!!!!!!! LET EVERYONE HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have stopped going to Big Bux Bingo. Now my friends are going to stop too after noticing the same things I saw. I have noticed more reviews going online about the same thing we all are noticing. Maybe they will wake up after the Gaming Commission...

Let me start off by saying that the 1-star rating is due to a review given by the OWNERS/STAFF to their own bingo hall. This is dishonest because they gave themselves a 5 star rating to purposely boost other poor ratings. I give fair reviews but it is a conflict of interest, thus the 1 star rating. When such said review is removed (whether by Google or the staff itself), I will update the star rating on this. I will also never patronize this establishment so as long as that review remains.

Overall, my visit to Big Bux Bingo was uneventful and boring. I will only patronize this establishment on Tuesdays, which is when Katy Bingo is closed.

Staff/Service - the staff is friendly and helpful. For that, they get 5 stars. However, they are boring and monotone. A bingo hall isn't just about number calling. It's about putting on a show and elevating the crowd. I go to bingo halls not expecting to win every time, but to be entertained. I suggest you come here then travel a few miles southwest to Katy Bingo. You'll notice a much more lively atmosphere. This bingo hall's atmosphere just isn't my cup of tea. That's just my opinion. Facility - the facility has a smoking/non-smoking separate sections. It is also equipped with a game room and concession. The tables are old and flimsy and the chairs are not comfortable at all. (2/5)

Policies - same policies as most bingo halls except you can't bring in outside food/drinks. From a business perspective, they are trying to run a business so I understand. From a customer perspective, if you're not in the mood for what they serve, you're stuck being unhappy. Unhappy customers usually never return. Furthermore, the payouts are low. The pricing is the same as other halls but the payout is lower. (3/5)

Average (3+2+5)/3 = 10/3 = 3.33. This bingo hall will receive a 3 star rating once the conflicting...

I have been noticing things myself at Big Bux Bingo. So I thought maybe I'm not the only one that is seeing what I am seeing. So I went to the reviews and it seems that there are others that are noticing the same things that I'm seeing. How odd........I just don't think things are on the up and up at Big Bux Bingo. I hate that because its a perfect location for me and my daughter. I'm looking for a new bingo place now that I have read the other reviews and now I know I'm not crazy!!!!! I think the people are nice, however we should all be allowed to play bingo the right way where everyone has a chance to win. I agree with the other review. Cheating should not be allowed........also I have noticed the slot machines, people are bouncing all over the place, from one to the other. No big winners. All walk away saying I will get my money back and then set down with sad faces. I hear people talking and I want you to know if you are considering going to Big Bux Bingo.......think...
